Apéro (a.k.a. l’apéritif or aperitivo) is one of our favorite traditions when traveling in France or Spain or Portugal. People gather at the end of the day to have a snack, sip a glass of wine or a spritz, and converse with friends and strangers alike. It’s not dinner. It’s not happy hour. It’s apéro! We’re excited to bring Apéro to Rosebud.

Friday, June 26 and Saturday, June 27, we’re doing a soft opening of Apéro. For this first weekend, we are running a reservation system in order to figure out how to best utilize our space, and ensure we can accommodate as many people as possible since many of our regulars have heard rumblings, rumors, tall-tales, and campfire stories about Apéro. We also don’t want to bum anybody out with a long wait or line.

In that spirit, both nights will have two seating windows — the first seating window runs from 5pm-630pm and the second seating window runs from 630pm-8pm. In the true spirit of apéro, we’re doing community seating; therefore, if you are a party of two, we may seat you with another party of two at a four top. As you know we have a small space and want to include as many people as we can!

How do I reserve? Fill out the form below. If you’re flexible, please rank your preferences for days and seatings windows.

What happens after I fill out this form? We will confirm your spot via email within 24hrs.

What if my plans change and I can’t make it? Please let us know via email ASAP so we can offer your seats to the next party. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will use your table to accommodate others.

What is the largest group you can accommodate? For this first go, we are asking people to limit parties to 4.

What if I am solo? Fill out the reservation request! We have a few bar seats and may also add solo parties to other tables.

Can I reserve a time other than 5pm-630pm or 630pm-8pm? For example, can I reserve 530pm-630pm? No, we ask that you arrive at the beginning of the seating window. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will use your table to accommodate others.
