In solidarity with, and celebration of, Chinese Chorizo Festival’s 5th Anniversary, we’re excited to announce Chef Feng Feng Yeh of The Chinese Chorizo Project is taking over Apéro on Friday, November 6 and Saturday, November 7! Feng Feng developed a special menu for the occasion and the Rosebud crew will be serving up a curated list of wines and beverages. We are beyond excited for this collaboration as it is a true celebration of one of our core values: Community.
In that spirit, we are running a reservation system to ensure we accommodate as many people as possible and also because we don’t want to bum anybody out with a long wait or line. Each night will have two seating windows — the first seating window runs from 5pm-645pm (first window is full both nights) and the second seating window runs from 715pm-9pm. In the true spirit of Apéro, we’ll once again feature community seating; therefore, if you are a party of two, we may seat you with another party of two at a four top. As you know we have a small space and want to include as many people as possible!
ICYMI: Apéro (a.k.a. l’apéritif or aperitivo) is one of our favorite traditions when traveling in France or Spain or Portugal. People gather at the end of the day to have a snack, sip a glass of wine or a spritz, and converse with friends and strangers alike. It’s not dinner. It’s not happy hour. It’s apéro! We’re excited to bring Apéro to Rosebud.

How do I reserve? Fill out the form below. If you’re flexible, please rank your preferences for days and seatings windows.
What happens after I fill out this form? We will confirm your spot via email within ~72hrs.
What if my plans change and I can’t make it? Please let us know via email ASAP so we can offer your seats to the next party. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will use your table to accommodate others.
What is the largest group you can accommodate? 4 people
What if I am solo? Fill out the reservation request! We have a few bar seats and may also add solo parties to other tables.
Can I reserve a time other than 5pm-645pm or 715pm-9pm? For example, can I reserve 530pm-630pm? No, we ask that you arrive at the beginning of the seating window. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will use your table to accommodate others.
Is the menu prix fixe? Is the wine a flight? No, the menu is á la carte. Wines are available by-the-glass or bottle.
Are there options other than wine? Yes, we have handmade non-alcoholic options as well as a spritz.
