Apéro (a.k.a. l’apéritif or aperitivo) is one of our favorite traditions when traveling in France or Spain or Portugal. People gather at the end of the day to have a snack, sip a glass of wine or a spritz, and converse with friends and strangers alike.

It’s not dinner. It’s not happy hour. It’s apéro! We’re excited to bring Apéro to Rosebud.
